Booking Confirmation and Accepted Payment Methods
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total. Payment can be made via PayPal.
The balance of the stay must be paid at the property upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before check-in. Cancellations made after this deadline or in the event of a no-show will not be refunded.

Breakfast is included in the price of the reservation.

Check-in
Check-in must be made at the Petra Sapori Lucani store at Via Michele Torraca, 11, located near the apartment. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
In case of early arrival, luggage can be stored at Petra Sapori Lucani.

Check-out
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Keys can be handed over to Petra Sapori Lucani (starting at 10:00 AM) or left inside the apartment, subject to prior arrangement with the staff.
