Terms, conditions, regulations, and useful information for bookings at Petra Casa Vacanze in Pietrapertosa

Booking confirmation and accepted payment methods
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total. Payment can be made via PayPal.
The balance of the stay must be paid at the property upon check-in.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before check-in. Cancellations made after this deadline or in the event of a no-show will not be refunded.

City tax
There is no city tax.

Breakfast
Breakfast is included in the price of the reservation.

Check-in
Check-in must be made at the Petra Sapori Lucani shop at Via Michele Torraca, 11, located near the apartment. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
In case of early arrival, you can store your luggage at Petra Sapori Lucani.

Check-out
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Keys can be handed over at Petra Sapori Lucani (starting at 10:00 AM) or left inside the apartment, by prior arrangement with the staff.

Rules for stay

Petra Holiday Home is a small accommodation facility and does not have a 24-hour reception. Guests must communicate their expected arrival time in advance, either by phone or text message.

Behavior
We ask guests to avoid noise and disturbance and to respect the rules of good coexistence and common sense.

Keys
Room keys are handed out upon arrival and must be kept by the guest for the duration of their stay. Loss of keys will incur a penalty of €50.00.

Cleaning and Linen Change
Room and bathroom cleaning and a change of towels, including bed making, are provided every 3 days free of charge. Upon request, daily linen changes and cleaning can be provided for an additional €8.00 per person.

Restrooms
Proper use of restrooms is recommended. Throwing objects in the toilet is strictly prohibited; please use the waste bins provided.

Use of the Kitchen and Equipment

• Turn on the exhaust fan when preparing meals using the stovetop.
• Remove the coffee pod from the coffee machine immediately after use.

Visitors and External Guests
Unregistered visitors and those not reported to the authorities are prohibited. Parties and events are also prohibited.

Smoking Ban
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Fines set by law: from €27.50 to €275.00, up to €550.00 if the violation occurs in the presence of minors or pregnant women.

Damage
Guests are responsible for and must compensate for any damage caused to persons or property.

Energy Saving Recommendations

• Turn off all lights and electrical appliances when leaving the apartment.
• Use natural light whenever possible.
• Unplug devices once charging is complete. Do not leave chargers plugged into outlets.
• Close windows when the heating is on.
• Do not overheat, also for your health. Adjust the apartment temperature so that it is a few degrees higher than the outside temperature.
• Reuse the linens provided. Contact the staff for any changes.
• Keep taps open only for as long as necessary.
• Notify the staff immediately in the event of a water leak.

Information on using the devices in the Holiday Home

Frog Coffee Machine

• Turn on the machine by pressing the top left switch and wait for the indicator light on the bottom left switch to go off, indicating that the machine has reached the correct temperature.
• Insert the pod into the compartment located near the extraction chamber by rotating the locking lever from the bottom upwards.
• Turn the locking lever downwards, pressing it until you hear a click, and place the cup/glass under the coffee spout.
• Make sure that the indicator light on the bottom left switch is off.
• Press the coffee dispensing switch (bottom left) and wait for the desired amount of coffee to be dispensed.
• Once the desired amount of coffee has been dispensed, deactivate the bottom left switch and lift the lever up again to remove the pod from the compartment near the extraction chamber.
